Job Summary : This newly created position is designed to develop and manage systems related to risk management, governance, and compliance. The role includes the oversight of business risk assessments, legislative compliance, and key projects. A strong background in risk management, governance, and prior operational experience is essential. Key Responsibilities : Risk Management : Establish, assess, and manage risk across the organisation, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, especially related to financial services licences. Develop policies, conduct audits, and maintain adherence to regulatory obligations. Project Management : Oversee projects like trustee transition and process improvements, ensuring structured timelines and successful outcomes. Insurance : Manage the organisation's insurance portfolio, liaising with brokers and ensuring policies align with operational needs. Policy & Procedure Enhancement : Lead updates and improvements in organisational policies and provide staff training to ensure compliance and risk awareness. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, Economics, or related fields. 6 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or similar roles.
