If you’re looking to unearth a special opportunity, we may just have it.About the RoleThis is a Perth based role, Monday to Friday, working from the Head Office in West Perth to support the teams on remote projects. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will involve assisting with the projects and all the planning requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring adequate time controls are set up to achieve project objectives.Providing the baseline for regular and accurate program updates and reliable forecasts.Advising other project team members on priorities and criticality of program activities and achieving completion milestones.Identifying key program risks and constraints through program analysis, including calculating inclement weather, cyclonic events etc.Holding regular Schedule Risk Analysis workshops and producing the respective analysis for senior management review.Producing weekly and monthly reporting including Earned Value metrics.Ensuring the planning process is highly collaborative, by liaising with Project Managers and Construction Managers to ensure correct construction methodologies and sequences are captured in the program.Preparing accompanied basis of schedule documentation for client review and approval to establish baseline program assumptions.Preparing resource and manning analysis to be included in cost estimate and assumptions.Skills & ExperienceExperience in Planning within the construction industry, preferably with a civil and services background.Extensive experience in Infrastructure, Renewables, Non-Process Infrastructure.Able to comply with all HSEQ policies and procedures.Proficient user of Primavera P6 and MS Project beneficial.Ability to write routine reports, basis of program reports, identify program risks and correspondence.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Ability to problem solve and research innovative ways to reduce costs.What's in it for YouCompetitive salary package is on offer plus super.Monday to Friday - Perth based full-time role.Opportunity to thrive, develop and grow in a high-performing environment.We are committed to attracting, developing and retaining the right people.Collegial, friendly and flexible work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Active social club with community events and activities for employees.West Perth head office location 10 mins walk to beautiful Kings Park.Modern spacious office with break-out facilities and end of trip facilities.Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).You would be joining a growing, diverse and successful company.Strong organisational culture with core values and a supportive and fun team environment.To apply online, please click on the link below.
