You'll join our Hobart team as a Customer Support Sales Representative and use cutting-edge tools like CRM, EQP Care, and Komtrax to manage customer data, conduct professional meetings, and offer tailored Komatsu solutions. Proactively contribute to parts planning, collaborate across teams, and deliver outstanding value with every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities within the customer base using tools like EQP Care, Komtrax, and opportunity files.
* Conduct professional customer meetings, following standard templates to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
* Offer Komatsu's full product and service range by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
* Contribute to parts planning by updating tools post-visits and identifying stock adjustment needs.
* Share key insights with the business through accurate customer visit reports.
* Use company-standard templates for professional communications, including quotes and emails.
Skills and qualifications we are seeking:
* Prior experience with the heavy vehicle and equipment parts is desirable.
* Previous experience in a similar Customer Support or Sales role with a customer-focused approach is preferred.
* The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
* Proficient in utilising Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
* A proven track record from a similar environment achieving sales targets is required.
* We're looking for a team player who can adapt quickly and bring dedication to the role.
