A rare and newly created role has arisen for an experienced and driven People & Culture Officer to join our growing team! This position is a full-time position located in Robina. About your new role End-to-end recruitment for our childcare centres located across QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS and SA. Key duties of this role include: posting job positions, filtering applications, scheduling, and conducting interviews and reference checks. Onboarding and offboarding employees. HR Administrative support to our Childcare Centres. Identifying and monitoring excessive leave and long-term leave without pay and working with managers to identify issues. Assisting in employee wellness and wellbeing. Conducting Employee Engagement Surveys. Maintaining new and existing workcover claims and developing return to work plans to support employees. Maintain all HR related policies, procedures, employee database, staff files and conduct HR audits. Be aware of legislative, industrial, departmental and agency requirements and changes. Assisting in retention strategies. Assisting with HR Projects. About you Prior experience in the field of Recruitment and HR. Comfortable recruiting in a number of States across a number of Early Childhood roles. Background in the Early Childhood Industry will be highly regarded, but not essential. You will be a self-driven individual, with a 'can do' attitude. You will be passionate about building lasting relationships and making a great first impression to candidates looking to join our company. High level time management skills to meet deadlines. The ability and desire to perform the role with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Strong organisational skills. High level analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
