Your New Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Sales Coordinator who can work autonomously in the Mackay Branch supporting our Far North Queensland region.
In this role you will be responsible responsible for all of the day to day coordination and management of sales administration related activities.
About the Role: Coordinate quotations, sales orders and engine up-fit activities for the Mackay Sales Department/Branch Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers through effective negotiation Provide proactive sales and marketing support services to the Aftersales Department About You: Experience in a sales or sales coordination/marketing role, including customer relationship management Experience in preparing customer quotations and managing sales orders Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic purchase order systems Demonstrated administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce written work to a high standard Ability to read and interpret product specifications, information bulletins, and catalogues - Sales, Service & Parts Knowledge and experience of Penske products and services is highly desirable Why Choose Team Penske?
