As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team. The position would be part-time and will be based in Morwell.About the role:In this role, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your professionalism, initiative, and coordination skills will be highly valued. The primary focus of your role will be Accounts Payable, with additional support provided to Accounts Receivable.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the officeAccounts PayableAssist with Accounts ReceivablePrepare monthly reportsThe successful candidate will possess:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.Strong time management skills, demonstrating the capacity to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.High proficiency in computer skills, particularly with the MS Office suite and advanced Excel functions.Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.Analytical abilities, combined with exceptional attention to detail.
