Key responsibilities of the role include: Design Production Independent production of simple signalling designs as per approved client instructions and project plans. Design of more complex applications under mentorship.Preparation of project related documents:Detailed signalling scope of worksSignalling functional specificationsSignalling design plansPreparation and review of technical reports and specificationsDevelopment and specification of design standardsOperational and train safe working specificationsPreparation of testing and commissioning plans and test certificatesIdentifying and confirming source inputs to design.About you: A minimum of 5 years in design management and signalling project delivery.Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Engineering.Desirable to have CPEng and/or holding (or working towards) IRSE licences in Signalling Designer & Verifier.Experience with signalling design, testing & commissioning and site works.High level interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills.What we can offer you: Permanent full-time role working in a specialised signalling environment.Working on Australia's iconic rail projects.Growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.Your own training budget.Attractive salary packaging options.Flexible hybrid working arrangements.If this sounds good to you, we would love to hear from you!
