Member Service Consultant- Alice Springs Job Description

We have dual head offices in Adelaide and Toowoomba, and 95 branches across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory, trading under two brands, Heritage Bank and People's Choice.
About the role
As a Member Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. You will work with our members to encourage them to embrace technology and support them in an increasingly digital future.
We currently have a part time opportunity at the Alice Springs branch, offering variable hours, 15-32 hours per week. To support your work life balance, we provide rosters over a 4-week period, and release these 1 week in advance. We aremitted to providing service to themunities we serve across a Monday to Friday, and as such are looking for applicants with full flexibility to work across these days.
