This role ensures the efficient and effective operation of key departments by managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced corporate environment. A background in legal administration is preferred. Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level administrative support to executive leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Manage emails, correspondence, and reports, handling sensitive information. Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, ensuring efficient time management. Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships. Plan and organize executive-level events, meetings, and business functions. Process expenses, leave approvals, and administrative requests for executives and their teams. Maintain organized filing systems and uphold a high standard of professionalism in all tasks.
