Job Summary
This permanent opportunity requires an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in HR domain knowledge to collaborate with stakeholders on the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions for critical projects across the Human Resources division, including recruitment, payroll, learning and development advisory, and other functions.
Responsibilities:
* Create, refine, and communicate proposed solutions for each project while ensuring alignment with the overall IT and business strategy within a robust architectural framework.
* Design and architect solutions specific to the HR domain with a strong understanding of HCM applications such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactor.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
* Substantial experience in Solution Architecture in large, complex enterprises.
* Proven track record of leading, designing, and architecting solutions within Human Resource environments.
* Superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience consulting and advising internal stakeholders and vendors.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to negotiate and influence effectively.
