Reporting to the Head of Group Accounting, you will be required to manage Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collection and other Revenue Activities. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and possess the ability to pick things up quickly.What You'll DoLiaising with stakeholders, managing accounts receivable mailbox and responding to queriesAssisting with half year, interim and year end reporting and auditing ensuring compliance with policies and IFRSHigh level debt reporting for monthly Board packMonitoring overdue debts and collectionPrepare and post manual journals for the release of accrued and deferred revenue, cost of sales, contract costs and commission, bank and balance sheet reconciliationsProcessing customer invoices, credit notes and receipts, revenue deferral, accrual journals and revenue variance analysis reporting.Unleash your potentialTo be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is essentialHands on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software, Workday Financials and Zoho CRM is desirableExcellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAn exceptional eye for detail and high level of accuracy whilst working within strict deadlinesAdvanced Excel modelling skills and good data collation skillsContinuously striving to improve processesWorking at BravuraOur people are the heart of our business.
