This role involves the repair, maintenance, and installation of the company’s range of products in the Perth area. The company provides ongoing training, support and career advancement opportunities. The position requirements include but are not limited to: Respond to service calls professionally and courteously, always prioritising customer importance Ensure products are installed and function according to design specifications and standards. Evaluate and resolve appliance issues quickly and accurately, or install and commission appliances per industry codes. Undertake warranty service work when needed Offer direct feedback to management regarding field product issues as they arise To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: Trade qualifications in Plumbing and Gas Installation/Servicing. Restricted Electrical Licence I-class gas licence Current WA drivers’ licence Can-do attitude and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Hours & Rates: Competitive hourly rate plus superannuation, overtime, and travel allowances.
