Melrose High School Arts and Technology School Leader CFull-time Permanent Closes: 12 November 2024 Details: The Arts and Technology faculty School Leader C (SLC) is responsible for leading the Year 7/8 Arts and Technology rotation and the Year 9/10 Arts and Technology electives. This SLC position includes a whole school role of leading events such as assemblies, awards and graduation ceremonies and information nights. Work collaboratively with the executive team to work towards whole-school goals and implement the school's action plan. Lead teaching and learning within the faculty including building staff capacity. Effectively implement a Professional Learning Community within the faculty. Manage whole school responsibilities. Undertake an appropriate teaching load and other duties as determined by the Principal. Lead and support a positive and collaborative staff culture. Promote and maintain strong student relationships and family partnerships.
