Reports to: Logistics and Finance Analyst

Employment Type: Full Time – 38 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and implement precise supply and demand forecasts to ensure product availability while minimising excess inventory.Arrange incoming shipments from overseas suppliers, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.Supervise product transfers to interstate warehouses, ensuring proper handling, storage, and inventory accuracy.Oversee end-to-end order processing using MYOB Advanced, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.Coordinate and track shipments to local and overseas customers, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer expectations.Monitor consignment stock levels, perform regular audits, and optimise stock turnover strategies.Manage relationships with 3PL providers, including monthly reviews of inventory, invoicing, storage conditions, KPIs, and operational performance.Produce and analyse periodic sales reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Address customer enquiries professionally, providing accurate, timely information on orders, inventory, and deliveries.Maintain up-to-date records of logistics, inventory, and customer interactions.Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure logistics operations align with company policies, industry standards, and quality requirements.Support additional logistics and supply chain projects as needed.REQUIREMENTSQualifications: Experience in medical devices or a regulated healthcare environment is highly preferred.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MYOB Advanced (or similar ERP software).Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable but not essential.Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong stakeholder collaboration abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively under pressure.Analytical mindset with proactive issue identification and resolution skills.Self-motivated and independent, with strong teamwork capabilities.Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.Exceptional accuracy in managing sensitive data and documentation.Dedicated to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSAnnual basic salaryEligible for an annual bonusSeniority levelEntry level
