You will collaborate with our key clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver exceptional design, upholding the standard expected by our clients. You will help translate creative visions into practical, functional, and aesthetically stunning design solutions. Your input into the strategic growth of the interior design division will be sought.
Responsibilities: Concept Development: Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of interior design schemes, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project goals.Design Documentation: Prepare high-quality documentation, including material boards, mood boards, and technical drawings, using Revit.Space Planning: Develop innovative and functional space planning layouts for multi-residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and refine details to achieve project objectives.Consultant Coordination: Work closely with external consultants and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections.Project Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate interior design with overall architectural concepts.What you will bring to the team Minimum 10 years of studio experience in interior design in Australia.Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&E processes.Experience developing and managing client relationships.Portfolio showcasing multi-residential and high-end residential interiors is highly regarded.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in seniors living and high-end residential.Ready to Join Us?
