As the Used Equipment Sales Manager, it will be your responsibility to lead the Used Sales Optimisation Process, ensuring streamlined operations and maximum efficiency across Hutcheon and Pearce. You will be required to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive used equipment sales, increase profit margins, and improve inventory turnover. You will oversee policies related to valuation, reconditioning, and wholesale/inter-dealership negotiations, ensuring consistency and profitability.
