Job Title: Myeloma Research Assistant (PO1)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to join our dynamic team under the guidance of the Clinical Lead, Myeloma Service. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining clinical databases, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting research initiatives.
You will also be responsible for managing ethics and governance approvals, enabling seamless data analysis and reporting to drive impactful research outcomes. Additionally, you will assist in the coordination of Myeloma and Paraproteinaemias Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, facilitating collaboration between healthcare professionals and researchers.
Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure efficient communication and the smooth operation of these critical meetings.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a passion for research and data management, equipped with strong analytical and communication skills. Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Science, Health Science, Allied Health, Nursing, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in database management, statistical analysis, and data presentation are essential. As an effective communicator, you will engage stakeholders, provide clear advice, and prepare reports.
