You will work with, and learn from, Willed Law's Head of Legal and senior lawyers to help take this area of our business to the next level. There is no need or expectation for you to bring or source clients, as the firm has a significant lead and enquiry base. Your varied role will include: Preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration for various states and jurisdictions in AustraliaDrafting of estate planning documentsAdministrative duties and office assistance as requiredAttending to ad-hoc customer enquiriesThis position is Full-Time and based in Gardenvale, Victoria.
