Working collaboratively with our General Manager of Marketing, you will manage end-to-end campaigns, oversee budgets, email communication planning, concession marketing and website creative across Australia.What will my role involve?Be our brand custodian—owning our brand identity and ensuring our brand positioning is consistent and present across all consumer touchpoints.Manage major brand communications across advertising, promotions, PR, online, sponsorships, emails, in store, and packaging.Lead communications, media briefing, management, implementation, reviews, and plan, manage, and execute end-to-end campaigns with the help of the broader team.Think big, with both a commercial and brand lens.Challenge your creativity, communication and leadership skills by managing one direct report.Be involved in a key sustainability project within the Hanes business.What experience do I need to have?Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.Experience working with agencies and briefing in campaigns.Someone who is highly organised, a strong executor and adept at multitasking as this is a fast-paced role.Proactive with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.An engaging communicator who can work up and down the business in cross-functional teams, and with agencies.Commercially aware and a creative thinker.
