Responsibilities
* Lead Indirect Sales for Oracle Communications solutions to Enterprise Customers & Key service providers in ANZ region
* Responsible and accountable for achieving allocated quarterly and annual sales quota for Product (Hardware & license) & first year maintenance through Indirect Channels.
* Execute business plan and strategy to generate sell through business with key / leading Service providers in the region.
* Work Along with Product experts and Solution consultants to develop presentations, content and Value proposition specific to customer business environment.
* Negotiate pricing, concessions and contractual agreement to close the sale.
* Execute Business plan and strategy for engagements with key System Integrators, Resellers and Distributors in the Voice Communications domain to achieve defined target for partner generated business.
* Lead engagements with key enterprise customers and establish joint working model with partners to generate business revenue growth from new and existing customer install base
* Identification & Onboarding of New partners to ORACLE partner network for specific market penetration
* Manage entire Sales life cycle management including Delivery, Execution and ongoing Support Engagements.
* Identify new business opportunities with partners, develop plans for how Oracle can leverage these and gain agreement with requisite stakeholders on execution

Oracle Communications is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage Channels and alliances for ANZ region. Individual would lead Engagements with end customers and partners to drive business Growth. The Role would carry a defined Sales target for Indirect business ( Partner generated or through Managed Service Providers ) Applicants should have experience managing partner relationships, including identification of new business opportunities with assigned partners, The applicant will be responsible to lead business model and strategy to execute key Alliance and channels initiatives in the assigned region and deliver on Indirect business targets, Should have strong sales background and relationships with partners to develop joint business plan, support sales calls and maintain up to date knowledge of Industry evolution. The role will require interpersonal skills, technical skills, and an understanding of Oracle strategies and business model.
Qualifications & Experience Desired
* Experience in managing relationships with partners, system integrators in Unified Communication & Contact Center market space in ANZ
* Experience in Leading direct customer engagements, Technology presentations, business discussions and negotiations with fulfillment through partners
* Background & Understanding of Voice Communications, IP Networks & Cloud communications OEMs in the ANZ region
* Understanding of the ANZ market leading Enterprise customers, Service providers, Resellers & distributors in the Voice communications domain
* Demonstrated past experience of having successfully worked with channels & enterprise customers/ Managed Service Providers
* Self-driven individual with ability to Self-learn and lead technology discussions & business engagements,
* Adaptive to work in a team environment with presales, Sales account Managers, ISR’s and backend Sales operations.
* Agility to adapt to complex business situations and competitive environments, due knowledge of key competitors in the ANZ region
* Understanding of the ANZ market partner ecosystem for leading CCAAS & UCaaS providers
* Agility to adapt to complex business situations and competitive environments, due knowledge of key competitors in the ANZ region
* Excellent presentation & communication skills.
