Job Description
The purpose of this role is to improve and expand on the impact marketing plays in influencing behaviour and driving commercial outcomes for World Travel Protection. You’ll play a key role in supporting the global marketing goals and objectives through content marketing, digital marketing, social media and events. The primary focus will be on driving engagement and lead generation within the targeted B2B market.

Function Specific Responsibilities
1. You'll work collaboratively with the global marketing department to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
2. You'll support the development and implementation of content marketing plans to enhance thought leadership and engage our target audience.
3. You'll work closely with the Head of Content to create compelling and relevant content for various channels.
4. You'll support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
5. You'll utilise tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to measure and analyse campaign performance.
6. You'll collaborate with the Head of Digital to optimise digital marketing strategies.
7. You'll support the coordination of both internal and external events.
8. You'll collaborate with sales, account management, product development, and other relevant departments for integrated marketing efforts.
9. You'll help provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
10. You'll use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Technical Capability
11. You'll be proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
12. You'll be comfortable in Google Analytics.
13. You'll have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Communication
14. You'll demonstrate the ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders internally and externally to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
15. You'll ensure all contact and interactions are of the highest standards, communicating clearly and appropriately to all stakeholders.
Customer
16. You'll view all activity through a customer lens, adhering to and managing brand guidelines, risk, and compliance processes.
17. You'll ensure all confidential information is handled in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures.
And what are we looking for?
18. You'll have 3+ years’ B2B marketing experience (travel or insurance services an advantage).
19. You'll have strong marketing automation and lifecycle management skills.
20. You'll be a confident and engaging marketer. You'll know how to connect with people across the business (Sales, Product, Risk, etc.) and bring them on a journey to deliver on key initiatives.
21. You'll be numbers-driven, leveraging metrics to achieve sales and retention goals is second nature to you.
22. You'll be a team player and know how to bring a sense of fun to work every day.
23. You'll have a Marketing, Commerce, or Business degree and/or similar certifications preferred.
