We're experiencing rapid growth, adding 15 people every quarter. About The Role This role is ideal for either a Senior SaaS Sales Executive (BDM), a SaaS Sales Team Lead, or a SaaS Sales Manager, with 10+ years of sales experience and a minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales. Once you master the role, product, and target market, we will begin growing your team at the fastest rate possible, aiming for 15 people or more by July 2025. You will act as a BDM, Team Lead, and National Sales Manager while hiring and training new team members, with training, support, and mentorship provided by the CEO. About The Person We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales individual with the ambition to prove themselves as a SaaS National Sales Manager and Executive in a fast-growing SaaS company. You need to be ultra-focused and adaptable, especially in the first year, as you will juggle both growing the team and managing the team's budget. This includes selling, leading by example, mentoring new team members, and managing the team's targets.
