We are seeking an experienced leader to step into the role of Head of Operations – TPT Wealth. Based in Hobart, Tasmania, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our operational success.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic initiatives that enhance growth, streamline processes, and manage risks within our regulatory environment.
* Lead the Wealth Operations division, ensuring we maintain the highest service standards and exceed client expectations.
* Oversee the management of key functions, including commercial lending support and client services for our managed funds.
* Optimise workflows, enhance compliance, and continually improve systems and processes.
