We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
IT Skills and Experience
1. Desired Experience:
2. Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
3. Handling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10)
4. Performing Hardware Software Installation ( understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
5. Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
6. Printer support
7. Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
8. Excellent customer service and people skills
9. Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
10. Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
11. Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure

13. Good knowledge of Infrastructure support.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
15. Well-organized and extremely detail-oriented

22. Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)
23. Microsoft Office applications
24. PC Laptop hardware
25. PC Laptop peripherals, including printers
26. Mobile devices
Basic knowledge of:
27. Active Directory
28. Exchange
29. Apple OS
30. SCCM
IT Qualifications
At least two of the following:
31. PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
32. CompTIA A+ Certification
33. Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
34. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
Experience in a similar role
35. 1 year of relevant experience.
