About therole
We are currently seeking for alawyer (1-2 years PAE) to join our Asset & Corporate Financepractice to work alongside a well-respected partner in our Brisbaneoffice. This is a great opportunity to join our global law firm andtake your career to the next level.
This presents an excitingopportunity to be part of a busy practice where you will berequired to utilise a high level of attention to detail with afocus on carrying out transactional matters with quick turn-aroundtimes, however you will be well supported and given opportunitiesto grow and develop your skills, including establishingrelationships with key clients.
Acting for banks and financialinstitutions on a range of diverse property finance transactions,you will get the opportunity to:
1. prepare security documentation
2. undertake due diligence in relation to the Personal Property Securities Register and building contracts
3. manage front end finance transactions from instruction to settlement
4. liaise and build relationships internally and with clients
5. assist the team on larger more complex matters
6. work on interstate and international transactions as part of a global finance group
Aboutyou
To be successful in this role youwill have 1 to 2 years post admission experience with awell-respected firm.
