The Victorian Public Sector Commission manages the Victorian Government Graduate Program on behalf of VPS departments and agencies.
You will gain valuable experience contributing to important work within the public service. The program offers a variety of roles across different departments and commands throughout the state.
Past graduate positions include roles in human resources, legal services, IT, and more.
Victoria Police has a network of over 22,000 staff, and as a graduate, you will experience working on improvements and projects for staff and the community.

Eligibility Criteria
This program is available to those who meet the eligibility criteria.
Duration and Outcome
The program runs for 12 months, during which your position will rotate across three different government departments or agencies.
You will complete various learning and development functions and a group project.
Upon completion, you will be offered a permanent VPS3 position at Victoria Police in the same department.
Please note that several security checks are required, including the National Police and Fingerprint Record Check and declarable associations.
