Your leadership will drive service improvements, uphold compliance with health and safety standards, and actively support business growth.Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to meet contract specifications, quality standards and applicable industry regulations. This will include managing the site rosters, reporting on site audits and other compliance reporting.Team Leadership: Manage service delivery at various client sites, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction.Systems & Processes: Utilise systems for reporting, auditing, and managing operations, including rostering and leave management. Embrace technology to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.Business Growth: Exceed contract retention and sales targets by delivering outstanding client service. Support the Business Development team in identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients.Budget Management: Ensure operational efficiency through accurate management of budgets, labour ratios, and timesheets.What You Bring: Client-Centric Mindset: Experience in managing client relationships with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Leadership Expertise: Proven ability to lead teams and foster collaboration and excellence.Operational Know-How: Experience managing multiple sites, ensuring compliance with service quality and safety standards, preferably within the cleaning industry or facility services.Systems Proficiency: Comfort using or learning systems for reporting, auditing, and operational management, with a proactive approach to adopting new technologies to enhance and drive operational efficiency.Strong Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to manage client expectations and support your team effectively to deliver optimal outcomes.Detail-Oriented: Solid experience and high accuracy in managing budgets, invoices, timesheets and reports.Adaptability: Ability to handle competing priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.Why Austral Facility Services?
