of our partner brandsAbout the roleKonekt has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to deliver workplace injury prevention, return to work or life and disability support solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.In this role, you will:Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupationsEvaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illnessSupport clients with chronic illness, injury or disability to achieve independence and fulfil their goals.Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interestsPerform activities of daily living assessments and recommend assistive technology under a range of contractsPerform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments.Complete workplace modifications assessment under the National Panel of Assessors contract (requires minimum two years disability employment experience).Administer standardised assessment toolsBe responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work or life goalEngage
