Job Description We are currently seeking a Casual Chef to join the professional and dynamic kitchen team. You will be working across a variety of shifts including breakfast, conferences or dinner.
This is a great role for someone studying cookery and wanting some experience in a kitchen or for an experienced cook wanting some extra hours.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showing variety and flair.Prepare food for our all-day dining and cafe.Prepare and cook food as per menu.Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures.Keep all working areas clean and tidy. The cook is required to wash all dishes during service.Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Report any problems to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
