Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional front desk reception and administrative support.
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Maintain accurate records and assist with various administrative tasks.
4. Work closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an administration or reception role. Experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
2. Client Relationship Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, so a friendly and professional demeanor is essential.
3. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word is required. Must be able to quickly learn new software programs.
4. Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
5. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
6. Reliability and Dedication: Strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right.
