Your Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Reception:
* Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing friendly and informed support to students, parents, and staff.
* Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Administration & Office Support:
* Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
* Manage stationery supplies and assist with archiving.
Correspondence & Communication:
* Prepare and distribute emails, letters, and notices for staff, parents, and students.
* Process permission slips and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Student Records & Attendance:
* Update and maintain student records, including attendance, absences, and medical information.
* Follow up on student absences and notify relevant staff.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
* Ensure adherence to school policies, including data confidentiality and compliance checks (WWC, VIT).
* Stay updated on mandatory training (e.g., anaphylaxis, reporting).
Teamwork & Professionalism:
* Collaborate with staff and leadership to support daily operations.
* Participate in meetings, training, and professional development.
