As a business systems anlayst within the fraud, decisioning, and credit analytics team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring risk systems deliver impactful solutions. From configuring workflows to collaborating with vendors, your expertise will drive seamless system functionality that aligns with business goals.

* Up to $180k package dependant on experience
Skills required:
* Strong system configuration and workflow experience (exposure to illion or katabat highly preferred).
* Excellent data integration & technical skills (SQL, SOAP web services, SaaS).
* Proven experience within a technical business analyst or business systems analyst role.
* An understanding of consumer credit risk & collections is highly desirable.
* Understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Key responsibilities:
* Documenting & delivering functional and non-functional requirements under both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches.
* Enhance, configure, and maintain the collections and credit risk platform, focusing on enhancing system functionality.
* Develop key project artefacts, including business requirements documents, use cases, and test cases.
* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and problem-solving within complex environments.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative attitude.
