You’ll be part of a highly skilled crew, carrying out diverse responsibilities ranging from deck operations to engine room maintenance.Your work will directly contribute to Serco’s mission of delivering essential services with integrity, safety, and efficiency.As an Integrated Rating, you’ll make a positive impact by:Performing bridge lookout, day work duties, and maintenance tasksSupporting deck operations, including mooring, cargo handling, and heli-deck activitiesConducting engine room rounds, maintenance, and housekeepingOperating within the Safety Management System and promoting best practicesParticipating in safety and emergency response drills and teamsAssisting in the training and development of cadetsSerco is a place for youTo be successful in this role you’ll have:AMSA-issued Certificate of Proficiency as an Integrated RatingQualifications in Security Awareness, Advanced Firefighting, and proficiency in survival craftA valid First Aid Certificate and AMSA Certificate of Medical FitnessRight to work in Australia and a valid passportAbility to undergo an AAD Polar Medical ExaminationSkills in crane, small boat, or helicopter operations (desired but not essential)Please note:This position carries trust and responsibility.
