You'll play a key role in developing strategy, executing roadmaps, planning annual operating plans, preparing business cases, negotiating with vendors, conducting timely impact assessments and managing finances.
We're looking for specialists in one of the following areas: Customer Care & Service Management, B2B Digital, CRM & Commissions, Sales & Contracts and Product Management.
Your day-to-day will involve:
* Collaborating with senior leaders, service owners and stakeholders to define the technical product's vision, strategy and objectives.
* Ensuring that technical product initiatives align with business goals, customer needs and market opportunities.
* Working closely with the service owner to manage the full lifecycle of a business product and impacted technical products proactively.
* Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact product value delivery.
* Proactively addressing organisational impediments, resolving conflicts and escalating issues as needed to ensure the team stays on track and achieves its objectives.
* Identifying areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise value delivery and increase agility.
What makes you perfect for the role?
* Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as Application Architecture, Design and Solution and Systems development.
* Experience adapting and aligning design standards like TMF APIs/CAMARA APIs, principles and guidelines to current and future business needs.
* Ability to lead and provide oversight to multiple Agile projects.
