Position Overview: Reporting to the IT Manager, the Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions that align with our organisation's strategic objectives. Your focus will be on managing stakeholder and delivering strategic digital initiatives outlined in our roadmap, improving our digital channels, and enhancing the user experience across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: As an additional resource the Business Analyst will work on particular project streams transforming the current environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance productivity and performance. Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, translating needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful implementation. Support project delivery by coordinating with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders while ensuring timelines and scope are met. Develop and execute test plans, conduct training, and assist with change management to ensure seamless adoption of new systems or processes.
