Job description Due to their continued growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a switched on Estimator with Contract Administration experience to join this already successful team. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Pricing Luxury Residential projects and Swimming Pools accurately and efficiently Conducting Takeoffs and calculating Bill of Quantities Understanding of concepts including EOT and Tender Bids Assisting with the preparation of Tender documents Assisting with overall document control for assigned projects Assisting Project Manager and Contract Administrator Buildsoft experience highly regarded Your Profile To be successful you will need to have a completed a minimum Cert 4 or above in either Building and Construction or a Construction Management degree equivalent. You will also have at least 2 - 4 years experience doing a combination of Contracts Administration and Estimation for Luxury Homes valued at least $2 million. You will also need to have outstanding communication and organisational skills with the ability to present in a professional manner.
