About the Role
The successful Applications and Data Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics, and be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* Handling day-to-day support queries in relation to the practice management system for users
* Ensuring high-level data integrity within practice management systems
* Promoting the use of the organisation's practice management system (Elite 3e) and billing system (Cosine Proforma)
* Identifying and proposing continuous improvements to the organisation's practice management systems
* Managing or supporting the implementation of additional systems and applications such as automation tools
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualification in IT
* Qualifications in finance would be highly regarded
* 3-5 years business experience within a practice management system or business systems function
* Experience with a variety of organisation-wide systems or practice management systems
