**Project Manager - Software Application Projects**
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software application projects in Perth, Western Australia.

The successful candidate will lead critical initiatives and drive success in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders across various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage software application projects through all stages, from initiation to delivery.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets .
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and QA teams, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
* Identify and mitigate project risks while managing issues effectively.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing concerns proactively.
* Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and best practices.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software applications or IT sector.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly regarded.
* Previous experience working on contracts within a dynamic, fast-paced environment is desirable.
