Key Responsibilities: Educate Architects and Designers on this unique environmentally friendly and sustainable product range.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from researching leads, initial client engagement through to closing sales.
Establish and build relationships at Tier 1 & 2 Architectural & Landscape practices through Lunch & Learn and CPD, presentations.
Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity Establish relationships and secure contracts with new timber trading clients Conduct presentations to senior managers and decision-makers Work with contractors, technical staff and product specialists where required to address client requirements Report on daily sales activity Keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients by extending company offerings Drive product specification Act as a liaison between the factory and the field Travel throughout the Australia KEY REQUIREMENTS: The ability to work remotely and autonomously 5+ years experience in Timber, Decking or Cladding products Experience selling to Tier 1 Architecture practices Ability to work against set KPIs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to use LinkedIn and other online tools to research leads and build prospects Ability to use PowerPoint for client proposals and monthly meetings
