Warehouse Storeperson and Delivery Driver
About the role
HBW FOODSERVICE is seeking a full-time Warehouse Storeperson and Delivery Driver to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as making local deliveries to our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Receiving and processing incoming goods, including quality checks and stock management
* Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
* Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys
* Making local deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
* Assisting with inventory audits and stock takes
* Providing excellent customer service to our clients
What we're looking for
* Prior experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably within the food service industry
* Forklift license and experience in operating warehouse equipment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
* Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* A current driver's license and clean driving record
