Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated candidate with previous accounts and bookkeeping expertise to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bank and Various Account Reconciliation
* Credit Card Reconciliation
* Customer Account Enquiries
* Reconcile Supplier Statements
* Reconciliation of the Ledgers including accruals and prepayments
* Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Debt Collection / Credit Control
* Assist staff Payroll and Superannuation
* General Administrative Tasks
Requirements:
* An eye for detail and procedures
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethics
* A current WA Driver's License & National Police Clearance
