As a Project Quality Lead, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects.
This position revolves around implementing the Project Quality Management Plan, addressing nonconformances, executing our audit program, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll be the go-to advisor for the project team on all things quality, ensuring we not only meet but exceed expectations.
Join us and make a significant impact on our projects and partnerships!This position forms part of the ANZ CPX Projects team and provides Quality support to ensure projects satisfy Vestas and client expectations while complying with relevant codes and standards.Responsibilities:Ensure Quality related project requirements are identified and met (statutory, regulatory, industry standards, Vestas, and client expectations)Act as the focal point for project Quality issuesPromote awareness of Quality principles and concepts across the projectDevelop, maintain, and implement project Quality Management Plans (QMP)Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Quality across all CPX project phasesLiaise with the Client Quality Representative as appropriateMonitor, report, and track project Quality KPIs and performanceAttend project kickoff and regular progress meetingsProvide regular Quality reporting as requiredManage project nonconformances, conduct root cause analysis, and track corrective and preventive actions to ensure learnings are embeddedPlan and conduct internal project auditsParticipate in subcontractor evaluations and performance auditsCoordinate client audits and inspectionsSupport inspection coordination for project materials and equipmentReview supplier and subcontractor Quality documentation (eg.
quality plans, ITPs, verification records)Assist in developing and approving Quality related documentationVerify the completeness of documentation for handover to the client and Service teamContribute to Regional Quality improvement projects (eg.
