The Role
We are seeking an experienced legal secretary to provide support at the partner level of the insurance team.
Your responsibilities will include preparing expenses, timesheets, and monthly invoices, photocopying, filing, and archiving documents, liaising with clients and professionals, managing high volumes of email, files, and documents, dictaphone typing, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing general administrative duties.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
* Previous experience as a legal secretary within Litigation or Insurance
* A proven ability to manage complex information and ensure accuracy in all tasks
* Proficiency in organisation when handling multiple tasks
* The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience under pressure
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities for drafting legal documents, interacting with clients, and collaborating with legal teams
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management, taking ownership of responsibilities
