We are currently seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR Operations team on a Full Time, 12 month contract. This role is based at our Port Melbourne facility and is 100% onsite.
As a HR Operations Coordinator, you will work in partnership with the business to provide front-line support, whilst working as part of a collaborative team on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Create documentation for all HR lifecycle events (contracts, letters, policies)Develop and maintain general HR processes, updating standard work for continuous improvement, productivity and legal changesCreate ad hoc reports and provide data to support trend analysis and HR metricsPrepare presentation materials, assist with training workshops and facilitate team meetingsSupport key projects across the HR lifecycleProvide ad hoc admin support to the HR teamBasic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong computer skills, particularly using Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointProactive problem solver with a commitment to continuous improvementStrong communicator, collaborator and ability to develop relationships at various levelsAble to multitask, organize, prioritize and structure tasks and informationDemonstrated ability to handle highly confidential informationAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred Qualifications:
HR, Business related tertiary qualification desirable but not essentialPrevious HR experience is advantageous but not essentialExperience with mail merge preferredKnowledge in a HRIS particularly Workday or PeoplesoftAdditional information:
This is a Non EBA IJC FADUI2 position. The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks and a 3 month probationary period.
