* Type: Full-time with weekend work.
* Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure high standards of quality control and consistency in all products.
* Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
* Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels.
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
* Solid understanding of baking techniques and processes.
* Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Creativity and passion for creating delicious baked goods.
