About the Role Due to continued growth and success, we have an exciting opportunity for a driven Property Analyst / Trainee hotel broker to join the Queensland Hotel Brokerage team based in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with key stakeholders and senior leadership. Extract and compile information for submissions, information memorandums, client briefs, presentations and key case studies. Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout all stages of the sale process. What We Are Looking For High level of attention to detail, with passion and dedication. Time management and organisation skills to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. MS Office skills including Excel and strong numerate skills. Some potential knowledge of marketing and InDesign experience is preferred, but not essential. Some level of experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential. Remuneration will be a base salary initially and as you move along in your career, your remuneration package will move to a salary and commission structure.
