Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement large enterprise payroll projects for Australian and New Zealand deployments.
* Execute SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migration strategies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Perform gap analysis and develop strategic roadmaps/blueprints for ECC to S/4 HANA migrations.
* Configure payroll components, including wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, and garnishments.
* Ensure payroll integrations and time management rules are configured, including Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets.
* Handle incidents, perform error analysis, and troubleshoot migration issues.
* Manage defects through the lifecycle and configure data validation/reconciliation to ensure post-migration data quality.
* Provide proactive monitoring, identify improvement areas, and suggest optimizations.
* Collaborate with top management and stakeholders to deliver strategic payroll solutions.
Requirements
* Extensive experience with SAP HCM & Payroll projects, including AUS/NZL deployments.
* Minimum of 3 ECC to S/4 HANA migration and upgrade projects.
* At least 2 full life-cycle payroll implementations.
* Expertise in payroll configuration, wage type mapping, taxation rules, FI integration, and reporting.
* Knowledge of time-off rules, time object configurations, and payroll integrations.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Executive presence with the ability to interact effectively with top management.
Desirable Skills
* Integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
* Knowledge of other SAP modules.
* Experience with Single Touch Payroll (STP 1.0/2.0).
