The surge includes an extensive portfolio of projects across processing, facilities, rail, and infrastructure.
**The Role:**
As Project Manager – Mine Infrastructure, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and oversee projects from concept through to completion.
These projects will span:
Processing facilities and MIA upgrades
Camp construction and accommodation upgrades
Maintenance buildings, fuel storage, and associated infrastructure
**Your Key Responsibilities Include:**
Managing multidisciplinary project teams to ensure quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery
Engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
Driving the successful delivery of complex mining infrastructure upgrades
**Requirements:**
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience: Proven track record in delivering complex projects within mining, resources, or rail sectors
Leadership: Strong management skills with a history of uniting teams to achieve project goals
Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to build and maintain productive relationships
Results-Driven: Commercially astute and safety-focused, always striving for business improvement
