Facilitate administrative tasks including preparation of standard briefing notes and reporting, coordinate QTBs, Ministerial BES reporting requirements and incoming correspondence and requests. It also provides support to the Executive Director and Director in organising meetings, overall diary management and acts as the Secretariat for designated committees.
