Your new role
There is an opening for a hard-working and dynamic Property Administrator to join a highly regarded real estate brand. You will provide administrative support to the centre management team and assist with financial tasks and leasing administration efforts.
* Create Purchase Orders (P.O.) utilities contracts, in strata mgmt. Fees, valuation.
* Review the daily running sheet of for P.O invoices, setting up new creditors on the P.O module.
* Monthly tenant billings and recharges, processing sundry charges, tenant insurance updates, tenant reconciliations, tenancy schedules, rent reviews,
* Lease set up, lease audits and lease incentive management.
* Arrears Management, contractor invoices and records, cash reconciliations, bank guarantee register, AP inbox
* First point of contact for customer queries, general office admin duties
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience in property management, property/lease administration or a related field
* An understanding of commercial leases, licences and property documentation desirable
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
